bluewire was founded in 2001 by Grahame Ball, originally as an ICT Service Provider, evolving over the years to become a specialist supply chain improvement business.

Grahame holds a BSc from Aston University and an MSc from Cranfield University. Grahame presented his MSc Thesis on the Carbon Footprint of Outsourced (GHG Scope 3) Supply Chains to the 17th Annual Logistics Research Network Conference 2012.

Grahame is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Procurement and Supply and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
